Sound-Collage Workshop

Sound-Collage Workshop

Fri. April 26: 5pm - 7pm (Getting to Know You and introduction to the workshop)

Sat. April 27: 11am - approx. 6pm

Location: Klangradar Weimar, Fuldaer Str. 185

In this workshop we will dive into the world of sound collages using various field recordings, modular synthesizers and sound modules – and anything else we can find to create sound. We will work with the collected material in a DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) and create various sound collages – from calmly flowing to energetically loud and noisi. The focus will be on sound design and various audio collage techniques. The workshop offers the opportunity to experiment creatively and create your own unique soundscapes. No special previous knowledge is required, everyone is welcome to take part and be inspired by the variety of sounds.

Fee: 30 euros (incl. festival pass for the Poetryfilmtage)
